Janet became a licensed Real Estate agent in 1987, and obtained her full Broker's license in 1992. She has been actively assisting friends and clients in the purchase of their homes, land and businesses in Watertown, Clark and surrounding areas full time for the past 20 years. During this time, she has held various offices in the NE Board of Realtors, including that of President of the NE Board. She has been Realtor of the Year and has received the Spirit Award, as well as the Realtor Achievement Award. She has continued to further her education in the field of Real Estate to better serve her clients, and has obtained the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative).
